This project stands apart within our body of work as a renovation of an existing bungalow. The exterior carries a pronounced Victorian-classical character, which informed the overall design approach. The interiors were developed to introduce a contemporary sensibility while remaining mindful of the architectural language of the structure, ensuring a balanced dialogue between the old and the new.
Located in Davangere, the project required a carefully coordinated execution process, with detailed planning for sourcing and transporting materials. The distance demanded a structured approach to coordination and logistics, allowing the project to be completed with the same level of precision and attention to detail that defines our work.
