White Shadows Design Studio, an award-winning architectural and interior design practice, was founded in 2012 in Bangalore by Ar. Siddharth Ramesh. Over the past 13 years, the studio has delivered over 120 projects across a wide spectrum, continually evolving and refining its design sensibilities. Guided by a commitment to innovation, clarity, and craftsmanship, the practice embraces each project as an opportunity to create meaningful spaces with lasting impact.

Ideas such as efficient use of natural light and ventilation, local building techniques and the use of locally sourced materials are what we strive to imbibe in our projects. We create positive-spirited spaces with calming ambiances, prioritizing on the user`s comforts and needs. We believe that each project should be shaped by the needs, character and personal quirks of the occupants, thus distinctively defining the essence of each project.
Ar. Siddharth Ramesh graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor`s degree in architecture from Dayanand Sagar Institute of Technology, Bangalore. He worked with renowned architectural firms in the city, gaining exposure in multiple aspects of the profession before setting up his own practice. Siddharth, being of the second generation of designers in the family takes inspiration and insight from his father, Mr. Ramesh who has been in the interior design industry for over 40 years. This additional exposure has provided Siddharth a competitive edge in the field while sparking in him a keen interest in interior design.
Ar. Anupama Siddharth joined the practice in 2017 after working with reputed firms in Bangalore. She graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor`s degree in architecture from Manipal School of Architecture and Planning, Manipal. She brings to the firm a multi-disciplinary experience which she has gained from working on large scaled community projects.
We provide architectural consultancy services including structural, PHE, electrical and landscape services.
We also provide interior design consultancy. Having a background of interior production, we even take up turn-key interior projects. A strong, hand-picked team comprising of over 200+ on-site technicians, craftsmen, carpenters, painters and artisans helps enable end-to-end solutions. Having an in-house team ensures smooth on-site co-ordination, top-notch quality of work, and perfection in the finishes.
At White Shadows Design Studio, we’re a close-knit team of young, driven, and spirited professionals — architects, interior designers, site engineers, and interns — united by a shared passion for thoughtful design. We believe that creativity thrives in a joyful, collaborative environment.
